Visual Trick was commissioned to produce a series of photorealistic CGI visuals for a thoughtfully designed care home situated in the welcoming town of Horley, Surrey.
The CGIs were created to reflect the architectural sensitivity and warm, inclusive atmosphere of the facility, capturing key elements such as communal areas, landscaped outdoor spaces, and accessibility-focused design features.
These visuals play an important role in communicating the project’s vision for contemporary senior living, supporting both planning approval and community engagement.

Purpose

Used primarily for marketing, planning, and stakeholder engagement, the visuals helped communicate the project’s commitment to comfort, dignity, and modern care principles within the culturally rich setting of Horley.
