About

This proposal is a conceptual scheme for an off-grid, carbon-neutral house situated on a greenfield site.
Externally, the design draws inspiration from traditional agricultural barns, allowing the building to blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
A sunken domestic garden at the rear ensures privacy and minimises visual impact beyond the site boundaries, while the broader landscape design introduces extensive new planting to significantly enhance local biodiversity.

Purpose

Visual Trick created a series of CGIs to support the early design development of the project and help the client visualise their future dream home.
The visuals were crafted to convey both the architectural character and the project’s environmental ethos, supporting creative decision-making and fostering an emotional connection to the emerging design.
